Beautiful four seasons climate in an incredible river valley. Self-sufficient and friendly neighbors. Fertile land, with over 1 mile of river frontage and tall mountains on the horizon. Protected crown forest lies across the river, with very little developement in the area and abundant wildlife.

Roads, power, and natural springs exists, as well as multiple dwellings.
